We are careful to adhere to strict standards of confidentiality.  Additionally, we take the time to ensure that a role is well aligned prior to revealing identifiers to potential employers.  Even for those candidates who are active and openly on a job search, we recommend keeping a search targeted and discreet.  

 

Valor Executive Search meets with candidates via phone or Skype to determine their career interests and strengths.  We also provide guidance and occasional assistance with resume writing.
